Get into Balmain Fitness BOOT CAMP ’09 to give you a kick-start to the New Year! The program will run at 6am three times a week for 6 weeks, and is designed to train your body into regular exercise, increase cardio fitness, reduce body fat, increase muscle tone, and help increase energy levels and confidence. Trainer Lauren Clarke will get you outdoors working hard and having fun with safe and effective exercises – safety is a priority and all exercises will be explained and demonstrated before participants begin them. This is for people who want to be challenged to cultivate the determination required to attack an intensive training program, and for those who need a jump start to make a real difference to their bodies. The Boot Camp will require team work, be results orientated, and be safe, fun and effective. Different fitness levels will be catered for, so join up and enjoy the sunrise on the bay while getting fit and toned! The first Boot Camp kicks off on 16th February and will run to 27th March. Please note that places are limited, so get in early to avoid missing out. Payment for the first Boot Camp is required by Friday 13th February.
