CLASS DESCRIPTION

 

BODY ATTACK- ‘GO HARD OR GO HOME'- This high intensity aerobic class, pre-choreographed to music offers fitness training, strength building and core stabilising work. Recommended for moderate to high fitness level

BODY BALANCE- ‘GET INTO BALANCE’- a dynamic mind-body class based on a mixture of Yoga, Pilates and Tai-Chi principles. It will strengthen, stretch and reenergise your body. Recommended for all ages and fitness levels

BODY PUMP- ‘THE FASTEST WAY IN THE UNIVERSE TO CHANGE THE SHAPE OF YOUR BODY’- A total body weights workout designed for muscular conditioning, shaping, strength, stamina and bone density. For all fitness levels

RPM- ‘RIDE THE CALORIE KILLER’- A Group indoor cycling class that will have you riding the Tour De France in air-conditioned comfort, but with all the fun of a rock concert on wheels. Recently upgraded to the top of the line Body Bike® - the Les Mills® recommended spin bike, the specially designed bikes have an adjustment dial for you to suit your own work-out level.

PILATES-‘BREATHING, POSTURE, MOVEMENT’- Designed to strengthen core stabilising muscles, promote balance, flexibility and coordination. Suitable for beginners to advanced participants

BOXING- ‘PUNCH YOUR WAY TO FITNESS’- This cardio, skills and strength training will kick your body into gear. Pads are provided and all fitness levels are welcome however we do request you bring your own gloves due to hygiene reasons.

CIRCUIT - ‘KILL 2 BIRDS WITH 1 STONE’- A combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to help you loose, tone up, build muscle and improve your cardio fitness. Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. 

ZUMBA - Join the latest fitness sensation to take the World by storm! Zumba combines a range of dance styles in a safe and easy to follow format. You will have so much fun you won't even realize you are exercising!

HEART MOVES. Designed to be safe for people with cardiac or diabetic conditions, HEART MOVES is a low to moderate exercise program suitable for anyone who hasn’t done any exercise in a while. Open to members (free) and non-members ($10). For more information, see here.
