About Christine
Being in your peak physical condition allows you to perform at your best whenever you need to. I want clients to be the fittest, strongest, most agile version of themselves so they can do more of what they love and enjoy the best possible health. To perform well in sport, recreation or life, we need to be able to move well. As kids we’re happy to endlessly run, jump, skip and tumble but years of sitting down at school and work can leave us deconditioned. Whole body, movement training is a safe and effective means of restoring our natural athleticism and developing the physicality we need to engage fully with life.

Training Philosophy
My training philosophy can be summed up by the following quote from Canadian strength and conditioning coach, Peter Twist:
“Our message is to get people to stop worrying about how good they look and start focusing on how well they perform. In sport and in life, it doesn’t matter how good you look, only how good you are.”
Fun facts
I share my birthday with Galileo, Matt Groening, and Michol Dalcourt, inventor of the ViPR.
