With 25 years of experience as a qualified personal trainer, I bring a wealth of knowledge, passion, and proven results to every session. My background is in boxing, and I’ve proudly represented Australia at two Olympic Games (Barcelona and Atlanta) and one Commonwealth Games (Canada). As an Olympian, I apply the same discipline, skill, and focus that took me to the world stage to help my clients push beyond their limits and achieve more than they ever thought possible.
Every journey starts with understanding where you are now and where you want to be. I assess your current fitness level, listen to your goals, and create a tailored training plan to get you there efficiently and safely.
My expertise covers boxing, cardiovascular endurance, resistance training, balance, coordination, and power. A typical session with me includes a mix of boxing drills, core stability work, resistance training, and stretching—keeping workouts dynamic, effective, and enjoyable.
I have a special passion for working with kids and teens, helping them not just get stronger and fitter but also develop confidence and resilience. Whether they’ve been struggling with low self-esteem or facing bullying, boxing is a powerful tool to build self-assurance, discipline, and respect. My goal is to create a supportive environment where young people can grow physically and mentally, gaining the skills to stand tall both inside and outside the gym.

Certified for Advanced Boxing Instruction (THUMP)
