Stepping into the world of fitness over 35 years ago I immediately discovered a lifelong passion for strength training and have been devoted to lifting weights ever since. After over a decade working in the health and wellness industry, this passion easily transitioned into a full-time personal training career. My enthusiasm for strength, mobility and functional fitness is unwavering, and I am dedicated to advocating for its importance across all ages and demographics. Strength training offers far more than just physical transformation. It is about building a body that is not only strong, mobile and agile but also free from pain and functionally fit. TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
As a working mother of two, I understand the struggle of balancing a busy life with personal fitness goals. Time is precious and each minute spent on self-improvement is invaluable. My mission is to guide and support each client in making the most of their investment in themselves. Using strength-based programs I tailor each session to suit the client, often adding high intensity interval training for those wanting to condition cardiovascular health plus mobility exercises and rehab for any tight areas, delivering well rounded sessions efficiently addressing all concerns. I always carefully take into account factors which may affect a workout such as health issues, stress, lack of sleep, or injury and have a worked extensively in the areas of post pregnancy, menopause and seniors training.

I am committed to helping my clients achieve their optimal health and fitness through personalised coaching in person or virtually. Providing programs, nutrition advice and support. I believe that everyone has the power to transform their health, and I am here to help guide you on that journey.
Fun facts
I was born in Cape Town, South Africa and one of my favourite exercises is walking my dog Scout 🙂
