Above all, I believe in the philosophy of ‘move it or lose it’. Furthermore, I believe everybody can improve strength, mobility and movement patterns, at any age, at any level of fitness. Moving more efficiently day to day will translate to an improved quality of life, prevent injury, and mean less pain.. who doesn’t want that? When I train you, you can be assured that my focus is on you, and that your posture and control through every movement will be emphasised. My journey began with instructing Pilates which I was introduced to as a young dancer. I have instructed (still) group and private Pilates since 2011 within some of Sydney’s most popular and prestigious Pilates studios and run Corporate movement classes for desk bound populations. Over the years I have added resistance training, functional movement and HIIT to my list of strengths, with a strong focus on mobility and core strengthening. I also offer safe pre and post natal training and have seen many women through an entire pregnancy, and following.
