I have been weight training since the age of 17, with a background in bodybuilding, holding numerous titles in IFBB Women’s Physique. Over the years, I was lucky enough to have worked with renowned coaches exposing me to a range of training techniques. I am a firm believer in the importance of executing the correct technique for each exercise to get results, rather than how heavy you can lift.
I am affiliated with Incline Health, local rehabilitation specialists (Chiro and Physio), and can assist alongside the practitioners if you have any injury or postural concerns.
