I began studying medicine 28 years ago. . However, I soon realised that I had such a passion for sports, I decided to change my career path. I have now been working in the field of sports conditioning for 24 years, including having previously held the role of Strength and Conditioning Assistant Director for the University of Minnesota (Golden Gopher) NFL/Basketball/Athletics (Track and Field). I have extensive experience working in rehabilitation and enjoy keeping up to date with the latest research, thinking outside the box, and collaborating with specialists. A wise man (Bob the Builder) once said “Can we fix it, yes we can!” I gain great personal satisfaction from helping individuals reach their specific training goals.
