BODYBALANCE® is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. HeartSTRONG

HeartSTRONG is a gentle physical activity program suitable for anyone who hasn’t done any exercise in a while. You can exercise at your own pace in a friendly atmosphere. HeartSTRONG is open to everyone and is designed to be safe for people with stable long term health conditions such as heart disease, diabetes or obesity. HeartSTRONG is run by accredited exercise professionals specifically trained in managing safe, low to moderate intensity physical activity programs. Classes are limited in size to ensure maximum safety for the participants.

Pilates

Pilates is a conditioning routine that may help build flexibility, strength and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips and back. It puts emphasis on spinal and pelvic alignment, breathing and developing a strong core centre, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates’ system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginning to advanced. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

HIIT

Keep hearing about High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)? Interested in achieving the amazing results of this phenomenal trend in fitness. Now is the time. HIIT alternates periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods proving an incredible workout with the most efficient fat burning potential around. It’s fast, fun and effective with your workout done in just 30 minutes.

XTRAINING CIRCUIT

X Training circuit is a fun and varied class which makes you feel great, using exercises and equipment that encourage cardiovascular fitness, strength, speed, power, flexibility, agility and mobility. X Training also strengthens your core muscles to prevent postural injuries. During the class you’ll be taken through high and low intensity exercises.

CYCLE

A fun, low impact high intensity cycle workout where you control the intensity. The instructor takes you through of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. Cycle classes are great calorie burners.

VIRTUAL CYCLE

Virtual cycle is very similar to a normal RPM or Cycle class, however you complete the class without the presence of an instructor. You use the same equipment and you do exactly the same class. The class is streamed on to a monitor and then you participate as normal.

YOGA
